  • Click "Fitness Check-In," choose your activity from the drop-down menu and enter the duration of activity
  • Click "Save" at the bottom of the page
  • Your fitness points will automatically be applied to any competition you are entered in
  • Log in to www.GetFitTN.com and click "Health and Fitness Tracker"
  • Click "Team Competitions," then "Build New Team."
  • Fill out the form and add friends, family and co-workers by email or username
  • In box 3, you may want to assign a standard description for each team, such as "Team Walking Warriors", Captain Joe Smith, phone: 615.555.5555, email: joe@walktn.org"
  • Click "Save Team" at the bottom of the page
  • Log in to www.GetFitTN.com and click "Health and Fitness Tracker"
  • Click "Challenge My Friends," fill out the form and add friends, family and co-workers by email or username
  • Click "Save Challenge" at the bottom of the page
  • Log in to www.GetFitTN.com and click "Health and Fitness Tracker"
  • Click "Team Challenge," fill out the form and add friends, family and co-workers by team name, email or username
  • Click "Save Challenge" at the bottom of the page
  • You can also tally your team's fitness points using the "Team Participation Form" provided on this page
  • Log in to www.GetFitTN.com and click "Health and Fitness Tracker"
  • Click "Nutrition Tracker" and then "Food Journal"
  • Click "Add Entry" to search foods, browse by category, select from saved favorites or create custom entries
